These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the FarmVest website and mobile app (together, the "Platform"), operated by FarmVest AgroTech Pvt. Ltd. ("FarmVest", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Platform, you agree to these terms.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract to use FarmVest. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide during sign-up and KYC.
Every project listed on FarmVest funds a specific real-world farm activity (equipment, irrigation, or a harvest cycle). Returns shown on the Platform are projections based on the project plan, not guarantees. Actual returns depend on the underlying farm activity and may be lower than projected, or result in partial or total loss of principal.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.
Investments and withdrawals are processed through audited third-party payment gateways. Withdrawal timelines follow the maturity date shown on each project at the time you invested. FarmVest may delay a withdrawal where required for fraud checks or regulatory compliance.
Referral bonuses are credited only after the criteria shown in the app (e.g. a friend's first qualifying investment) are met, and may be modified or withdrawn by FarmVest going forward, with notice, if the program is discontinued.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FarmVest is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the Platform, including losses arising from farm project underperformance. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Indian law.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after an update means you accept the revised terms.
